Our mobile setup includes:

• ✅ A dedicated 3-person team for fast, high-quality stitching

• ✅ All necessary thread, setup, and supplies — you just provide the items to be embroidered!

 

We make it seamless, stylish, and completely turnkey — so you can focus on your guests while we personalize in real time

✴️ Option 1: One Machine Package

• Perfect for smaller events (up to 45 personalized items)

• Minimum: 3 hours

• Includes: 1 multi-needle machine, full team, all setup and supplies

• Flat Rate: $1,500 + Taxes

• Each Additional Hour: $250

✴️ Option 2: Two Machine Package (most popular)

• Designed for larger events (46–200 items)

• Minimum: 3 hours (4+ hours recommended for 50+ guests)

• Includes: 2 multi-needle machines, full team, all setup and supplies

• Starting Rate: $2,300 + Taxes

• Each Additional Hour: $250

To secure your booking, full payment is required in advance. We accept:

On-Site Embroidery Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: All on-site event bookings are non-refundable due to the commitment of

equipment, staffing, and scheduling. If an event is canceled more than 30 days in advance,

we may offer a partial refund or a credit toward a future order, at our discretion.

Date Change Clause (Optional)

DATE CHANGES: If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our

best to accommodate — but cannot guarantee availability on alternative dates. Additional fees

may apply.

Booking & Refund Terms

PAYMENT TERMS: Events are not reserved until payment is received in full. By submitting

payment, you agree to the terms above including cancellation and refund policies.

Embroidery Disclaimer

While Lucky Lemon Embroidery takes the utmost care to operate our embroidery machines

and deliver high-quality results, embroidery is a handcrafted process and occasional errors

may occur. In rare cases, a garment may be damaged or a customer may be dissatisfied with

the final result. We will make every reasonable effort to remedy the situation; however, we

cannot be held liable for replacement of items not provided by Lucky Lemon Embroidery.

Order Instructions & Miscommunication Clause

We rely on the descriptions provided by customers while obtaining on-site orders to fulfill each

request. Occasionally, these requests can be misinterpreted or lost in translation. If this

happens, we will work diligently to adjust or remake the item when possible to achieve your

satisfaction, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.​

Design & Embroidery Scope

All embroidery details (such as item type, placement, and design) must be agreed upon prior to booking and payment. Once payment has been received, any changes to the agreed scope of embroidery are subject to Lucky Lemon Embroidery’s discretion. We reserve the right to decline changes that differ from what was originally discussed at the time of booking. If we do agree to accommodate a change, additional fees may apply.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. Payment reflects full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
