Designer FAQs

Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes. We offer tiered trade pricing for established design firms with recurring projects. Reach out with your trade credentials and we'll set you up with a dedicated account.

Can you match thread to specific fabric or wallpaper colors?

Absolutely. Send a swatch or fabric reference and we'll match thread color as closely as possible. We can also send physical thread samples for your approval before production.

What's the turnaround for showcase home installations?

Full-home installs typically take 2 to 4 weeks depending on volume. Send us your install date as early as possible and we'll build a production schedule that works backwards from it.

Can you embroider on client-supplied items?

Yes. We work with client-supplied bedding, linens, towels, and upholstery fabric regularly. Just confirm specs with us first to make sure the items are compatible with our machines.

Do you handle delivery to the install site?

For DFW-area projects, we offer direct delivery to install sites or your studio. For out-of-area work, we ship via insured carriers, properly packaged and labeled by room or item.
